Metrics and key figures

Hi there.

I'm using RPM and cProjects.

I would configure and use Metrics but I have two problem:

- Which is the scope for metrics?

- How to configure key figure and link them in the right way to metrics?

I tried at ant possible way but I have alsways bad results.

Hi Luciano,

The following key figures can be updated by standard when corresonding values are changed:

ACTUAL_COSTS

ACTUAL_COSTS_YTD

PLANNED_COSTS

PLANNED_COSTS_YTD

BUDGET_TOTAL

COST_DEV

COST_LAUNCH

NPV

ECV

PROBCOMM

PROB_TECH

The customzing is read and key figures are checked for updates at:

SPRO > SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM) >

Global Customizing > Process and Service Settings > Metrics Management

-> Assign Key Figure to Metrics and Metrics Value Types.

Please ensure that Key Figure Def. is used only once per Object Type.
