Time Out while generating EP6 Theme for ITS

Hi,

System: EP6 SP2, ITS 6.20

We created a new Portal Theme and now we want to use the ITS Theme Generator.

Unfortunately we get the following message after we start the generation process:

"Failed to generate stylesheets

Connection timed out"

The ITS is up and running and the EP Server is able to reach the ITS.

Any suggestion to solve this problem?

Hello,

I also get this error when I try to use this functionality but in my case I have this message displayed:

"Failed to generate stylesheets" and then the name of the ITS Server.

I also run an EP6 SP2 and ITS 6.20

I am runnign EP6 SP14 and ITS 6.40 and I get the same error:

Failed to generate stylesheets

Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL: <ITS server>

Does anyone have a solution??
