Ultimate SAP Access for individuals

Hi,

Any recommendation where can I access an SAP Solution Manager eventually to practice and make smaller developments? I have found 3-4 service providers for $75-99 / month. Is there any more economical one out there?

I believe that you'll not find solution manager servers for a lower price than $75 or $80.
