MDM are not authorized to use the Change Tracker

Hi!

I installed the change tracker...I want access change tracker...It was installed on the machine of portal...When I want access to change tracker, I see an error.

the error is: "MDM are not authorized to use the Change Tracker"...

Hi,

If I understand you correctly, you are talking about that when you try to access to Change tracker then you get error as MDM are not authorized to use the Change Tracker. If it so then i feel its only because of MDM Role configured by Portal Team. This Role does not have access for MDM team to access Change Tracking. Sometimes Portal team keep this access only to EP team and does not want to share this access with MDM Team. You need to find out and therefore talk to Portal Team to include that required role for MDM team also to get access to Change tracking.

You need to check the access for a Role you have assigned. moreover you can follow the below URL for the process.
