Hi Experts,
we created sc and sent it for approval. In SC and in transaction BBP_PD the line item descreption is having right one but when system send mails to approver there means in RFA , line item descreption is having special characters.
we suspect that this is problem with unicode. But question is this is happening for few users only not for all .
Please advise me if you had this issue .
how to remove specail characters.
SC Description on RFA email notification "CDMO: Order 11 SC to support Julyâu20ACu2122s IQ" (change to some special characters - replace u2019 to âu20ACu2122)

our question is specail character in line item descreption in RFA email are happening for few users only not for all. So it mean no problem with code reason it is working fine for few users.
we asked to security to compare profile of users . They told no differene in their profiles.
again big question.........

Kindly review note '1461826: # appears in output preview instead of spaces'. This may be helpful in resolving tis issue.
