Can you explain where we configure the fields an approver can populate/change in a work item?

Hi,

If you use SRM 7.0, you can specify complete&approve task in the Process Level Definition customizing. Approver can change the document.

Hi,

Configuration changes are depend on business requirement.. If the configurations suggested by masa here doesnu2019t fit for your business requirement, you need to create a dynamic class to open up fields for approvers.. This also need some minor level configuration in metadata level..
