Adobe form closes unexpectedly

Hi everyone,

I am facing a peculiar issue with my offline Adobe form. When a field is populated with information, there are few other dependent fields that get populated automatically. This has been tested successfully.

For one user however, when he fills in the above field and the adobe from gets closed unexpecetedly. I used this user's machine and tested with both the form saved on the local desktop and generating it in SAP; the Adobe reader gets closed unexpectedly.

The user has Adobe reader 9.3.3. I searched for known errors with this version and dint get much help. If anyone has had this issue or has some information, please let me know.

I don't think Reader 9.3 is supported by SAP, hence the unexpected behavior.

Did you try downgrading to a reader version that worked for the Adobe form you developed?

Downgraded to 9.1.0 Its working.

You should open a CSN message for this. Attach the PDF and describe your system environment (OS version, ...)
