Error message Item category not defined for batch split but confirmed in WM

Hi everyone,

I obtain error message VL324 Item category not defined for batch split in delivery but the batch split was confirmed in WM.

I added the missing configuration in "Delivery item category determination, but once the delivery created, it is stocked.

Now my delivery is incomplete and i cannot do anything, cannot change, delete nor update my delivery to complete it.

Any suggestion.

Thank you for your quick reply, but we are on 4.7 and the correction note is up to 4.6.

I will use it to write to OSS.

After many attempts, I managed to delete all batch split items in the Delivery, update it and create a new Transfer order in WM.
