SAP PI (log viewer:Connection refused)

Hello All

We are running our SAP PI 7.1

The problem is with the log viewer under NWA

if we are clicking on the log viewer then we are getting the error Connection refused and does'nt display any logs

Did you ever resolve this issue?

I find myself faced with the same issue.

What can go wrong with the log viewer?

Did you maybe move forward to the next support stack?

Any hits appreciated!

Hello

Is it first time after PI 7.1 installation you are accessing it? Did you configure the log viewer?

If its first time you are seeing this error you may need to go to configuration tab and configure the Log viewer for various logs.

Shut down your system and stop ALL sap processes. I had this issue. Do you have a program called "sapcontrol" still running? Kill all processes with the directory structure of hostctrl.
