For system copy of dual stack system, SAP recommends to use Homogeneous system copy method with export and import. Restoring database in dual stack system will not work as there are lot of entries in configtool that uses hostname/ip address.
You did a CLONE of an ABAP+JAVA system?.... theres lots of known issues (You can do a search for that), you are better of following the homogeneous system copy guide.
