difference in user status between 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H and CRM_DNO_MONITOR

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to extract tickets and thier status from SOLMAN to BI.

I have extracted those data from datasource 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H.

It extracts all the data which i am able to see in CRM_DNO_MONITOR, but the user status in CRM_DNO_MONITOR and 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H is different. I use 0CRM_STATOP, 0CRM_STATIP, 0CRM_STATRE and 0CRM_STATCO to check the ticket status while extraction.

Am I doing anything wrongly?

How to get the correct User status of the tickets while extraction. Pls guide me.

Hi,

Please have a look in SBIW "Settings for Application-Specific DataSources (PI Basis)" -> "Status Concept for BP/Product/CRM Objects".

BW Status Object Group, BW Status Object, datasource for text and Infoobject are to be created.
