For MDM_CLNT_EXTR, Please refer SAP NOTE [1035601|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap/support/notes/1035601].

This note contains PDF as attachment where you will get complete information of sending IDOC through T-Code MDM_CLNT_EXTR
