Hello,
we have the same problem, which came from 2 different JAVA versions.
We solved by copying back the jar files in /opt/IBM..../jre/lib/security back from xxxxx.1.jar to ....,jar

I got a problem during installation, I solved it.... The java class is not found: com.sap.engine.offline.OfflineToolStart
SAP ECC installation failed at Phase 19 of 49 failed (create secure store).
I solved the problem. As follow the steps
Cause of problem:
The problem with the most of the java errors are because of the J2EEINSTALL.SAR not correctly extract during installation. J2EEINSTALL.SAR file not extracted in "install" directory in /tmp/sapinst_instdir.
Solution:
1. Stop the installation
2. Get The J2EEINSTALL.SAR from java components (NW Java Comp DVD)
"J2EEINSTALL.SAR" file can be found the NetWeaver Java Component DVD as shown below
/DVD/UNZIP_NetWeaver_64Bit/NW_Java_Comp/51033513/DATA_UNITS/
JAVA_J2EE_OSINDEP_J2EE_INST,
You need to extract to /tmp/sapinst_instdir/ERP/SYSTEM/ORA/CENTRAL/AS/install directory.
3. copy this file ("J2EEINSTALL.SAR) to the install directory in /tmp as below
/tmp/sapinst_instdir/ERP/SYSTEM/ORA/CENTRAL/AS/install
4. Go to the /install dir, then do /sapmnt/SID/exe/SAPCAR -xvf J2EEINSTALL.SAR
5. Restart the installation.
6. Problem will be solve.
I found out most java problems are solved by doing this....
Thanks'

Oddly enough - a common issue that results in this error is doing the installation with the regional settings not set to English. Can you please check the regional setting and insure that it is set to English for the installation and let us all know the result?
If this answers your question, please set this thread to answered.

Here the solution:
go to the install dir (/tmp/sapinst_instdir//exe/SAPCAR -xvf /sapcd/java/J2EE_OSINDEP/J2EE-INST/J2EEINSTALL.SAR

For some reason the created share SAPMNT was only granted READ access to EVERYONE. I changed to FULL CONTROLL, clicked retry on sapint.
It then carried on with no issues.
