Production order date miss match between ECC & R/3

Back Ground 1:

1.Planned orders are created in APO (PDS EXISTS)

2.Planned order Basic Dates Match in APO& ECC

3.Planned orders converted to Production Order in R/3

4.Production order transferred from ECC to APO through CIF immediately

5.Calenders,Resources,Master Data in Sync between both the systems

6.I have checked the integration Profile between APO-> in global settings it looks good

7.Same strategy used in APO & R/3 for scheduling

Issues

1.The Production order dates don't match in ECC & APO ?

Back Ground 2:

1.If in the Routing we have operations 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100

2.Only Operations which have run time are cifed to APO depending on Control key (ie operations :20 40 ,60) and scheduling relevent

3.Que time is maintained in Work center and work center is assigned to 10,20,30,40,60,90 operations

4.Operations are start - Finish relation ship

Issues

1.When all the operations are not cified to APO ,will the Basic dates match for Prod Order in ECC & APO?

2.How does the above work?

3.would APO use pds to calculate the lead time ignoring the basic dates send from R/3 for Production orders(Converted in APO)?

Please let me know if need to check some other config points

Please refer to SAP Note No. 143314 , 684356 ,423626 for details how order integration works and would like to mention following points...

- check trnansaction OPU3 ( field 'Adjust Basic Dates' )

- Check transaction //cp3 for inhounse production order

- and APO is the date/time-dominant system.
