error when printing ixcise invoice in transaction j1ip

Hi all,

when I am trying to take excise invoice printout in transaction J1IP , i am getting printing error.I checked configuration in nace along with sd consultant but unable to find any solution.Any direction you can point me into would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,

when we are executing transaction J1IP I am getting status as reversed.I checked status for Invoice No.in table J_1IEXCHDR for field STATUS,here it is showing value P(posted).so,system not showing print preview nor allowing to print it.

hoping for appropriate answer from sap experts.
