Hi Experts,
In our project there was an upgrade of R/3 system from 4.6 to ECC 6.0 version.
During the upgrade process I tried to delete and re-import the meta-data again in the Quality system
but it is giving the error saying no RFC destination is defined for the port SAPQS2 but we are maintaing an RFC destination for that port with the name QS2CLNT100.
Also please find below the error log we seen in the t-code sm22 in PI's Quality system.
Transaction canceled IDOC_Adaper 601 (SAP QS2 100).
Can any please let me know what to do now.
Thanks and Regards,
Pruthvi
Is the RFC destination working fine (Testing Connection and Remote Logon) ..... recheck if the same RFC destination is included while creating the port in IDX1.

Hi Salvi,
The RFC dstination is working fine and also the same RFC destination is used in IDX1 t-code.
But we have given a wrong name in the port in IDX1 t-code.
Now I had re-imported the meta-data successfully.
After re-importing the meta-data do I need to do any other things..???
Can you please tell me know how to check if the data from R/3 system was resent successfully(I mean in which t-code
we can check the data came from R/3 system if it was successfull or not).
Thanks and Regards,
Pruthvi
Hi,
I'm still getting the same error even though I deleted and re-imported the meta-data in the XI system couple of times.
In R/3 system it's status is green and status is 03( data to passd to port ok).
Can any please help me out here and tell me if I need to do any other steps as well.

There is a wiki describing the steps required to receive the IDOC from ECC....check if you have created the RFC destinations, partner profiles, etc properly.
Make use of IDX5 in XI and SM58 (tRFC) in R3 to check if the IDOC is received or stuck in some queue.

Abhishek.
Hi,
Business system/service in ID doesnot have R/3 sysid and client for your sending systems details in Adapter Specific identifer tab option..maintain it..
Also go thru this blog..

Regds,
Pinangshuk.
No service for system SAPQS2, client 100 in Integration Directory
Are you sure that your Quality system has the required Business System defined (and imported in ID)?
The solution to the above error is mentioned in this link:
