Erroneous data received from server. Application may not work correctly

Dear Gurus,

We have system ECC6 SR3.

Some user is used windows XP and some user used Windows Vista Enterprise SP1.

All user is used SAP GUI 7.10 Patch 18.

but for user who used Windows Vista Enterprise SP1 will prompt this error

then the SAP GUI terminated.

this error happen randomize. not happen in certain transaction or screen.

If I see SAP GUI 7.10 is already supported windows vista

Please help me to analyze or fixed this issue.

If there is any information that i need to give please let me know.

I also found this problem after apply patch 254. SAP suggested to increase ztta/diag_ area.

I solved it by add parameter ztta/diag_ area=500000 to instance profile.

I think you can try using 'low speed' model as a workaround.

for the first, please UPDATE the SAP KERNEL to the latest available disp+work.exe.....!!!!

After this please check if the error still exist.

I think, this error ´will not exist anymore after the Kernel Update!

and how can I apply it to the system?

This happened only for windows vista,

and now the screen is usually freeze after certain transacation

we try to execute in windows XP, but the problem is not occured.

we already reinstall the SAPGUI but not resolved the problem.

Please your advice.

sometime the screen will error with following detail:

condition "SYSTEM_FAILURE".

Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior

program, processing was terminated.

Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLOLEA" - in

"AC_FLUSH_CALL_INTERNAL".

The main program was "SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION ".

In the source code you have the termination point in line 352

of the (Include) program "LOLEAU10".

for note, this error is only occured for user who used vista enterprise.

we already search but there is no clue.

we try to upgrade to SAPGUI 7.20, but during installation there is more error (around 160 error) with we can not see the error

Please let me know if someone have a idea to fixed this

We already succes to install SAP7.20 in vista.

yesterday error (160++ error) is because the installer is corrupt, so we unzip the pack again, and succes to install.

but the system failure and the freeze screen in windows vista user is still occured.
