Test connection error on OAC0

Hi there,

We are trying to integrate Documentum with SAP. CS SAP and AS SAP components deployed successfully.

i tested some SAP queries from web Admin and it is connecting fine to SAP. and displaying results.

but the problem is while i try to configure OAC0 on SAPGUI. and test the connection i get the following error:

Error in HTTP Access: IF_HTTP_CLIENT->RECEIVE 1 ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED

if any one experienced such kind on problem or have some usefull comments, you are very welcome to contribute .

For a similar issue, we had received a resolution from SAP which worked for us.

- Check your system DHP for the entry in SDOKPROF.

- Confirm if the following values are maintained in SDOKPROF table currently.

Key

User Name USEHTTPPLG

Client 800

Secondary key

Contents OFF

Here the value for the parameter "Key" should be maintained as USEHTTPPLG and not the "User Name".

- Maintain the "Key" value as USEHTTPPLG and the "Contents" as OFF and leave the other fields blank.

- Retest the scenario.
