SDM is not installed.

Hi All,

I am facing a strange problem here. In a server some one installed EP6.0 sp11. but SDM is not installed. normally SDM should be installed in :\usr\sap\EP\JC01\SDM

but i dont see this in this installation.

Can we install SDM separately?

What is advisable... fresh installtion or any solution for this?

Hi Siddharth,

The SDM missing is strange, but you can install SDM only

if required. Please follow Note 860939 for installing SDM

check the path of the SDM from

<>:\usr\sap\<sys_id>\JC01\SDM\program\RemoteGui.bat

I don't think so we can install seperatley.

Start the server from SAP MMC. If it not starting, go for fresh installation.
