is there any way in SP01 output request errors can be notified either in CCMS alert or MCC alert in solution manager.

Check MTE Class R3SpoolService in RZ20

In MTE Class R3SpoolService I don't get any alerts if spools have status "error" in SP01.
Is there any other possibility to monitor SP01 in CCMS to show the spool with status "error" or "problem"?

R3SpoolService is only the top Node for the Spool service
You can check MTE R3ErrorsInWpSPO or R3SpoolServerStatus for example.
R3ErrorsInWpSPO shows me errors in workprocess spool, not the errors in the spools requests itselves.
Same with R3SpoolServerStatus - it only shows if spool server is active or not.
I would like to the the errors you get if you go in transaction SP01 and view the errors in the spool requests.
