Are you running in the NetWeaver Portal or standalone? In the NetWeaver Portal you can use the integrated Portal Theme editor. The WDA applications running within iViews in the portal will automatically take on the surrounding portal theme. If you are running standalone then you need to install the Eclipse Based Standalone Theme Editor from SDN. This is an unoffical tool (means no support) that allows you to edit themes and then upload them back into the MIME repository of your ABAP system. You can find more details as well as download the software itself here on SDN.
