User has read-only access

Dear Experts,

we installed SuPM 1.0 on our demo system, following the installation guide, we successfully completed ALL tasks related to installation and post-activities. We are trying to create a new KPI (Actions->new->new KPI) but a warning appears: "User has read-only access". So we aren't able to create a new KPI.

We are also trying to create a new Conversion Factor (Application Setup -> Conversion Factor), but "Add Factor" button is disabled.

Look at the logs, we can see the following errors/warnings:

"No permanent user assignment found for the given date"

"No role group data maintained"

"No hierarchy maintained for object type"

"User has read-only access"

How is possible? we assigned to the SR users all the roles and the portal groups specific for SuPM

Thanks in advance,

Dario

Hi Dario

Please check whether the following roles are assigned for the user in backend.

SAP_XA_SR_CENTRAL

SAP_XA_SR_REGIONAL

SAP_XA_SR_USER

Also maintain the additional settings under IMG SuPM->General->Maintain Additional Settiings by specifying the user there.

Thanks and Regards
