ITSmobile Session Timeout Redirect

Hi There,

i am using a ITSmobile application and of course it happens that the application times out and ich get the error page

400 Session timed out - please log in again.

Then even reload does not start the application again.

How can I redirect the User to an own error page or the login page instead of this error page.

Hallo Stefan,

SAP note 705013 should help you setting a better timeout value for your ITSmobile application.

If you want to create a custom error page, then you can follow the online documentation available here.

Thanks Cristiano for that info - i will check those ICM custom error pages.

Is there also a way to have custom error pages just for one application / service?

Hi Stefan,

I'm afraid it is not possible to set a custom error page for a single service, except the cases you can see at the "Error Pages" tab in the SICF configuration.
