Record Support Effort

Hi everybody,

on help.sap.com I read that it is possible to record support effort in service desk process at sp23. Does anybody have further informations about this possibility. Maybe screenshots, pdf or anything else.

It was part of SUGEN program.

It's available now for all customers.
