We have different types of business requirements can any body help me how we will map in sap

we have around 15 ore mines each mine we are considered as a plant so one plant to another plan we sent to material through STO my query is like today i send to material one mine to another mine 100 tonnes means 10 trucks through weighing machine i am not do truck wise inspection i want to total quantity one lot should be appear in the system how we will should this business requirement

Trucks are loaded as per the blending plan for onwards movement of ore to Railway siding/local customer/Port. One sample increments are collected from each truck before leaving the mine premises after weighment. One sample lot of 5000t in case of fines and 1000t in case of lumps transported is created. As soon as sample lot is created, the same is transported separately to analytical lab with necessary information about the sample.my query is there are not create process order like 5000t and 1000t they create process order as per production planning but system should give the lot respective material like one inspection lot for 5000t fine or 1000t for lumps how we will map in sap system kindly

Hii,

I hv the same scenrio for Mining industry.

GR Inspection

These req can ba mapped using Source Inspection. Generally for mining industry P.O will be raised on quarterly basis in ref to Vendor and Transporter. If u activate Source Inspection , one inspection lot will be genrated for 1 P.O or line item or delivery schdule lines whicever u prefer.

For this Inspection lot u can record results based on Trasporter also. Using Inspection point concepts transporter info can pulled from P.O condition items.

QM Mst data : QM info record +other QM master data

Process order

Create 2 different production version based on the lot size, u will get 2 diff production order and Inspection lot can be gnerated based on PV's.

Hi,

If u r doing GR for every 5000t or 1000t then inspection lot will get triggered in quality according predefined inspection type

in material master.

If not use manual inspection lot every 5000t and 1000t

Hi,

I have couple questions..

you said it is not based PP prod orders.

if that is the case, these stcok are managed by QI (quality stock) or not.

Fines and lumbs are maintained as separate material code in SAP?

How GI / GR happening in the system like multiple GI/GR or trucks are captured in SAP.

Are you using sample management, if it is, sample drawing procedure
