Dear all,
I have tried to load patch from frontend and i got the below error .
Phase CHECK_REQUIREMENTS: Explanation of Errors
Open Data Extraction Requests
The system has found a number of open data extraction requests. These
should be processed before starting the object import process, as
changes to DDIC structures could prevent data extraction requests from
being read after the import, thus causing them to terminate. You can
find more information about this problem in the SAP Notes 1081287,
1083709 and 328181.
Call the Customizing Cockpit data extraction transaction and process all
open extraction requests.
Note:
You are importing the queue in the test scenario. As this scenario is
only used for performing analyses, you can skip the errors and continue
the import in the next phase.
In the standard scenario, however, note that the errors have to be
rectified before importing can be continued in the next phase
Kindly advise
ask your BW functional to clean up SMQ1 from his development BW system.
and pllllease... do the basic homework before asking questions. this message was clear and gave you 3 notes to read.

Hi Satheesha,
You/Your BW team or consultants needs to clear all your open extrctions in the system. This need to be cleared from LBWE, LBWQ and LBWG, you need to clear all the extraction queues.
I have also faced the same issue and we raelized the same and did the same on Dev system as it was not Prod.
We faced a problem due to cockpit customization. Need to run following tcodes before starting the Installation of support packs.
LBWE: Need to make active ones to Inactive and it will ask for a Transport Request. Add later all to the same request
LBWQ: Need to delete all the entries we can do it from first window by deleting the whole row or we can delete in next open.
LBWG: Choose and check all the application areas one by one and need to execute if any entry is there; it will delete it.
Double click the Active (Pencil) and make it inactive. It will ask for a transport request and create a new one and after that we can add other inactive to the same TR #
Hope it will solve your issue ..
