How to trace traffic from EP to ITS to ECC

What tools can I use to trace specific transactions from Portal to ITS to ECC and or BW?

I know HTTPwatch can trace http traffic but I need to trace through portal to ITS and then to ECC and or BW.

Did you hear about Solution Manager Diagnostics -> End To End Root Cause Analysis yet?

You can do E2E tracing there, showing all calls including time spent on every system.
