What is the SHOP On Behalf Of transaction or standard SAP Role

Dear All,

We want to be able to allow some requisitioners to Create shopping carts on behalf of thier managers. What transaction we we have to assign such users to thier security (SU01) roles?

I think we also need to maintain an attribute in the PPOMA)BBP , which one is this. Please provide me the the attribute mainatainance format details (example).

Hello Sheena,

There is no specific authorization nor role for this, just a transaction and an attribute. Maintain the attribute requester and populate it with user name (starting with "US") or node from the org. structure (O 50000061).

The "shop for" field is avaible in the the transaction BBPSC01 (Shopping Cart - Full Functionality).
