Change Email Content in SUS PO Notification

Hi All,

From SRM portal while sending output for SUS PO in XML format a notification is generated and sent to sap inbox and external mail from SUS System Service to Recipient of PO with subject line "Notification of New Documents in Supplier Portal " and body of e mail is

"Dear Sir/Madam,

The following document has been transmitted to you:

Purchase Order: XXXXXXXXXX

You can use the following URL to branch direcly to our Supplier Portal

and display or process the relevant document:

Best regards,

Your Supplier Portal Team"

I need to change the content of body .. please tell me how to do this ..

How can you change the text body of a PO SUS.

Take a look at smartform BBP_OUTPUT_COVER, or the Z form you might have customized based on this smartform.

Hi Jay,

For SUS po the said smartforms is not get triggered.for normal PO we can use that but for SUS po there must be some General TEXT .

Hi Santosh,

Go to Tcode SE61 , Select - Document class - General Text and Language - EN.

Document - (Object - BBP_SUS_SUP_NOTIFICATION). Amend the textsas per your requirement.

These gets stored in - Table - DOKTL.
