Hi All,

SC went into ERROR in status, i have restarted the SC. In SWI6 it is correctly showing with whom the SC is ....but the problem is in portal the sc is still having the status as 'Interupted'.

we are using classic scenario, srm 6.0 version. when i check in bbp_pd the status is like this.

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered

I think when you restart the workflow from SWI6 you are interepting the stardard workflow starting condition..

I recommend you to check whether the workflow is getting started when you order the SC.. If not check you workflow Start Events..
