Hi Folks,
In Task and resource management I need to know which tas was perform for which line item of the transfer order.
Example:
I have created a transfer order 101, This transfer order has two line items for material 1 and material 2. I have created 2 tasks (Obtain and place) for the material 1 and 2 tasks(Obtain and place) for the material 2. Once the transfer is confirmed the table LTKPL becomes blank and the task related to the TO is stored in the table LGTKL now. But we need to know which task was performed for which line item.
Kindly help.
Hi all,
I have figured it out now...The reason for the TO line items not starting with 1 and thus an addition to the link for the TRM tables, ex LLGRI:
It's all got to do with field LTAP-ORPOS. See the following text from SAP:
TO item from which current TO item was generated
Transfer order item from which the current transfer order item has been derived.
Occurs in the following situations:
when confirming transfers from a bulk storage area managed for storage units
when confirming Lean WM items if a batch split is executed
if a TO item is split during confirmation
This means that you must have our reference from LLGRI-RIRFL check against LTAP-ORPOS. If you found the line number there, then that's the result for the TO line item and TRM Request (Task). If you do not find it in ORPOS, then you check against LTAP-TAPOS.
So much clearer now.
Thanks,
Hein

Hi,
you can use to search TO item for TRM task following tables:
For already confirmed TOs:
1/ LLGRT - where for task you get RQITM
2/ LLGRI - where you get REQST and RIRFL(=TO item) for LLGRT-RQITM
3/ LLGRH - where you get ORGLLV3DC(=TO number) for LLGRI-REQST
if you need more data about task, use LGTKL
if you need data about task status, use table LGTKS
For not yet fully confirmed TOs(it's been already described in another thread):
here I'm not sure by field names as I'm not sitting at the system.
LTKPL
LRITK get RQITM item for LTKPL-TASKI
LRQSI get RIRFL(= TO item) for LRTIK-RQITM
LRGSH get GRPRF for LRQSI-REQST (request number)
LXRFN get ORGLV3 for LRQSH-GRPRF
Hopefully it helps

Hi,
Just be carful for the following scenario:
Say you have one TO with 25 line items (this is an actual scenario), so:
LTAP = 25 line items, BUT the 1st line item starts only at line 13 and then the others carry on to line 37.
LLGRH = references as per Radek's post
LLGRI (for service = 7; TO is fully confirmed) = There are 25 lines, but the 1st request item is not the 1st TO line item. LLGRI-RIRFL line 13 is for LTAP line 1, which is numbered 13. The rest of the TRM rqst numbering is the following:
for TO line 14, request line 14...up to TO line 37, request line 25. Then, the request numbering starts at 1 again and carries on to rqst 12. Very strange. As murhpy it whant's, one of my reports are incorrect now because of this and I am currently investigating it. I just wonder why SAP did not just put the TO number/line in the TRM request? Much easier reference between WM and TRM.
I also don't know why the TO line item started at 13 and not 1. Up to now I couldn't reproduce this. Mystery.
Cheers,
Hein
