Two Levels of approvals from Change Managers

Hi,

My requirement is to take 2 approvals before creating the ugent correction.

To approve the change request it has to go through the two levels.

If Change Manager-1 approves the Change Request, then it has to go for final approval from Change Manager-2.

How to configure this.
