The configuration node is sap utilities->device management->meter reading->basic settings->define automatic monitoring of meter reading data.
Here you define the follow up actions if a meter reading is missing or if it is implausible. The follow up actions are just identifiers say like "AUTOEST". Now you will have to code the user exit EDMLADUE to define the further course of action when the AUTOEST is triggered by the system. Also in the config you could provide the number of days the system should wait before triggering the follow up action. The follow up action could be anything that you code in the user exit.
