Hi,
We are facing a strange problem. Whenever our users trying to upload PDF files, we get a message 'Low system memory.Cannot process the application' and the systems hangs. but this is not happening for other file formats like MS Word.We tried to increase the RAM size to 1.5 GB, but the problem is still there. Is it because the PDF files are very large in size?
How can we overcome this.
One of the reasons maybe that you have turned off the virtual memory, or set the maximum size of the virtual memory too low.
To resolve this, turn on the virtual memory or increase the maximum size of the virtual memory setting, under Windows 95 and Windows 98.
To Turn On Virtual Memory
Windows 95 or Windows 98
Office programs require that virtual memory be turned on when you run them under Windows 95 or Windows 98. To turn on virtual memory, follow these steps:
Right-click the My Computer icon on the desktop, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu.
Click the Performance tab.
Click Virtual Memory.
Click to select "Let Windows manage my virtual memory settings (recommended)."
Click OK, and then click Close.
When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Yes.
Hope this helps.

Hi Sandeep,
If you are storing documents in SAP database then check for the space available. Normally, if you are using external content sevrer then such problem should not come. Please check the space available and need to increase.
I hope this will resolve the query.
