Dump when configuring STMS

Hi All,

We have built a new system using backup restore method.After starting sap when i login into 000 client do a STMS it prompts for STMS configuration.

I gave hostname and the system number but it is throwing a short dump.Below pasted the

The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records.

In which table these records get stored.Thanks.

You can also go to STMS -> Overview -> Extras -> Delete TMS Configuration...

But after a System copy doing it using SE06 is the right way

After having done Se06.I am getting this error.Should we be deleting data from the tables.THanks.

I think I've seen this issue before. What version of SAP are you using?

I've found SAP Note 1412609, which I think describes your problem. Does this help?

we faced the same problem as well, when configured the STMS after refresh. fyi, yes, Note 1412609 solved the problem.

Hi,

Since you have installed the system with backup/restore method (System copy) then you need to delete the existing STMS configuration the system. For that please follow the "Perform Post-Installation Actions" of Tcode Se06 which should resolve your issue of STMS configuration.
