Dear Experts,
was wondering if anyone can help with this:
I configured service desk for solution manager 7.0 EHP1. I am able to create a support message and submit it to the receiving user if I specify the processor for this message. However, if I leave the processor field blank, the message is not sent to the support team specified. I can see the message created in CRM_DNO_MONITOR but it is not reflected in the support team's workcenter page.
What error is being shown under particular Service Desk Message -> Actions -> Check for Red lights
