Hi, when you configure the TMS, this created the rfc destinations automatically, but with this created rfc:
TMS create RFC destinations for each sap system or TMS create RFC destinations for each client in the SAP system.
It depends upon what transport management system you have created whether it is extended transport management or not.

If i don´t have extended transport management, then only one rfc connection is setting up automatically by system???
There will be RFC's for each system in the transport domain. So if there are 3 systems in the domain each system will contain RFC's for all 3 systems.
Why all the questions about RFC's, is there a problem ?

TMS create RFC destinations for each sap system or TMS create RFC destinations for each client in the SAP system.
For each SAP system. The RFC's reference client 000 and the per client transports are maintained in the transport routes depending on the configuration ie Extended Transport Control allows client specific transport routes.
See [Configuring Transport Routes|http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata/EN/44/b4a1df7acc11d1899e0000e829fbbd/frameset.htm] for further information.
