ROS : Vendor transfer from ROS to SRM to ECC process.

Hi SRM Gurus,

Using the ROS Functionality one new prospective vendor is registered and answered all the questionnaire as per the configuration. The Buyer as accepted the Prospective Vendor as normal vendor. Using the OPI , we can transfer Newly registered vendor to SRM system. Now Question is How to Transfer this vendor from SRM to ECC ?

If I am missing something please clarify me on this process.

My second question is " Is it mandatory to have ROS in the different client from SRM client ? if so why ?

Hi,

You can replicate your suppliers from SRM to ECC using Supply_base_management scenario from PI.

Yes SAP recommends that your ROS client should be separate from SRM client as ROS client will host all your external suppliers and SRM client will hold your org structure details.

Hi Nikil,

Can you please guide me on the Configuration steps that i need to do from both ROS Side and SRM side.

We are impl SRM 7.0 / ECC 6 Ehp 4, PPS, ECS on SP 7. We want ROS without SUS.
