Couldn't change the sale order by using VA02

Dear all

I couldn't able to change the sale order after using t-code : VA02. The total sale order was gray out..

I couldn't able to do anything in sale order.

Is there is any authorization problem ??? previously i cld change the sale order. now i cant

please help me in this.

You have not indicated what changes you were trying to do. It is a standard SAP feature that for certain fields, if there is any subsequent document, you cannot make any changes in sale order. On the other hand, immediately after creating the sale order, in change mode, if you were not able to make any change, then you have to check whether any exit is applied.

thanks for your reply .

For new sale order also, we are unable to make any changes.

everything is going gray out.

How to check this exit condition.

help me out in this.

Dear,

Please contact your Basis team. May be you have no authorization for change sales order.
