Request Transfer problem

Hi Gurus ,

We are using ECC 6.0 with Oracle 10.2 , yesterday we try to move one request from our Development server to Production Server . But in STMS at production server the import truck symbol is still running . I restarted the production server also , but no use . Still the truck showing running the import request not succesfully done . So kindl give me the solution .

Hello Selvan,

Please check the log in STMS_IMPORT > GO TO > TP SYSTEM LOGS and provide the exact error,quite possible if this is a problem with RDDIMPDP job.

Along with TP system log also check the import monitor. From the STMS import queue choose goto -> Import monitor, There you should see the track running and check the detail (double click on that entry and the right hand pane), it shows in which step it is stuck. To re-run the import-> kill all the TP process from the OS level and then delete the entry from the import monitor also (right click on the truck entry and choose 'delete entry') then try again to re-import the request.

run program RDDNEWPP on your active client. tyhis will schedule RDDIMPDP for you.
