Date in text determination

Hi Friends,

I am working on text determination procedure in CRM 7.0. My requirement is to maintain the text with date. Can any one please tell whether it is possible to maintain the text with date in note.

Eg:If I maintain the text in note, there should also be displayed the date on which the text is maintained in note.

Please suggest me if it is possible or not. If yes please guide me how can I do it.

I don't think it is possible from Config. You may capture the date created from some tables and use some coding it to work with it, but I don't think it is worthwhile. Simply ask you users to include the date created in the text itself.
