SAP_SRT_METERING_REORG getting failed daily at one particular time

Hi,,

SAP_SRT_METERING_REORG job is periodic job for every one hour..all the time except at particular time

for once in a day is gettting failed with error .

"You do not have the authorization to execute this action

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE"

The user id has the auth to execute the job. I have gone thru the following notes...

1350235 WS metering - Error in job SAP_SRT_METERING_REORG

1348736 WS Metering - authorization for job SAP_SRT_METERING_REORG

1239428 WS Metering

How to trace and what would be the cause for job termination. Log file doesnt show any thing at that time stamp

Check [Note 1348736 - WS Metering - authorization for job SAP_SRT_METERING_REORG|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1348736]. After applying the correct authorizations you can run a trace using ST01 on the user who runs the job.

Hi,

Check for the User id validity date and extend if necessary in SU01 t-code.

Also check for ST06 OScollector statu and check for other jobs which fail at the same time.

SM21 logs migt help you.
