CA-DMS tables

Hello Experts:

I am very new to SAP and CA-DMS. I am experiencing a difficulty that I was hoping someone may be of assistance.

The situation is this: I have an external CMS application that has been creating DIR links incorrectly. I need to update the DIR records with correct document numbers and update the external CMS system with the same information.

I am hoping that a table exist that can be modified through a script - however, I am unable to find the table in R/3 which corresponds to the CV03N.

Can anyone tell me the related table names to CV03N or where to get the table enteries?

The table for DMS is DRAW. I suggest you enlist the services of an ABAP programmer. Modifying table data is not something to tread lightly on and you may be stuck with some limitations on the data based on whether the data is locked for change or not.

Thanks Athol for the answer and your thoughts on updating the DRAW table. I just need to export the table out and import into another application.

You pointed me in the right direction.
