Hi All,

1SO(Value 5000Rs.)->1DEL->5 Invoices(Each of Rs. 1000)

Can we create 5 invoices, each of Rs. 1000/- ?

ie

1Sales Order-1Delivery-Multiple Invoices???

Hi,

I think You can achieve it only if you bill the delivery manually thro' VF01. As far as I undestand, It is not possible in the background. Follow the steps below and you will be able to achieve the desired result.

a. Go to VF01 and enter Delivery number

b. Select the Delivery number and Click on the 'Selection List' button

c. Select the item (change the quantity to 1 in your case which will bring the value to 1000) and click on Copy

d. You will get back to Main screen again

e. Now you press on Execute (F8).

f. You will get the line item with desired quantity and value.

You can achieve this by doing some coding in the copying control from delivery to billing document ,

You include split logic as per your requirement and can be controlled through some maintanance table .

Possibility can be through

- Billing Plan (Value Base) for the I Cat (where billing is referred from OR)

- Billing relevance in I Cat (K-Delivery-related invoices for partial quantity - You can use this indicator if you want to select both items and partial quantities for billing.)
