Hi,
we are on GRC AC RAR 5.3 SP 8 (obviously ORCALE DB).
During the function maintenance, only enter in change mode into function and just saving the function an error message appear.
ORA-00001: unique constraint (SAPSR3DB.SYS_C004307) violated
There're no action or permission duplicated into function. Sysadm tell us that there no problem at ORACLE level.
Any experience?
Thanks.
Massimo

Ciao Massimo,
What I meant is to review in detail function - action (FA) and function - permission (FP) files in detail. It might be some repeat registers that are causing your problem.
Advise: Load FA and FP file into Ms Access and run queries to identify registers repeated.
First search: Try to look for the same register that just differs in status
Example for FA:
F1 TX1 0
F1 TX1 1
As you can see the above registers are unlogical since it is the same register one with value enable and the other disabled.
Try to look for such in the FP file.
Hope it helps. Regards,
Imanol

Hi Imanol,
thanks. Maybe I have not clear your advise. You suggest to review all upload file (Function -> Action, Function permission and so on txt file)?
But all txt upload file are complete with staus (enable or disable) and all field.
Let me know when you can.
Many thanks.
Massimo

Check you SP level on Netweaver /Oracle and SAP GRC 5.3
it looks like you have mismatch of the SP's Between OS/database/GRC 5.3
Also GRC is at higher SP , bring it to the latest level and try editing the function one more time.
Look at the latest release document and also make sure that you have loaded the correct verison of *.TXT files
Ciao Massimo,
We had the same problem sometime ago. I would say it was a repeat register that was not giving the problem when doing the Sod Matrix upload but when editing the function and saving it raised the error.
Please, review the original function-action and function-permission file taken into consideration all fields, included status.
Hope it helps. Regards,
Imanol
