Supply chain performance management( SCPM ) - Error #1009

Hey folks,

when I'm trying to create a new report in the SCPM Web Client i receive the Error message 'Error #1009'. I already searched the Oss but could find any appropriate solution.

Did anyone of you already had this problem and knows how to proceed ?

Hi Moritz,

This error is received primarily if the web service are not configured correctly.

- First please make sure the necessary web services are active. The list of services are listed in the 'Installation and Config guide' section 4.3 (http://service.sap.com/instguidesscpm)

- Next the correct port for the web services needs to be correctly specified in the portal connection, you can get the right port from ABAP using transaction SMICM (ICM Monitor) Goto -> Parameters -> Display and look for icm/server_port_X = PROT=HTTP, PORT=<port_number>.

Also use the 'Problem Analysis guide' on service marketplace (http://service.sap.com/instguidesscpm) which also has a list of common issues and solutions during installation and configuration.

but there was another error within our portal environment. But now it's fixed!
