Hello Colleagues,

during CPA-Cache Refresh at Browser we get following error:

<Message>CPA Cache not updated with directory data.</Message>

<Trace>com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.exception.CPADirectoryCacheException: Failed to check secure connection configuration. Reason: com.sap.aii.af.lib.sld.SLDException: Failed to read SLD instance name. Reason: HTTP response code: 403 (Forbidden) at com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.cache.directory.DirectoryAccess.getDirectoryURL(DirectoryAccess.java:134) at

...

As well at "Runtime Workbench\Component Monitoring\Cache-Connectivity Test" test for Central Adapter Engne we get the error that the pick up out of the Integration Directiory is not started.

Any idea?

Many thanks in advance!

Regards,

Jochen

Hi Jochen,

check destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI: Is it working? Does logon with user PIAFUSER? Is that user locked? Was the password changed?

Udo

Hi Jochen,

Perhaps the user is being locked when trying to access the service,

so, because of too many wrong attempts, it goes locked in tcode SU01.

Check the user there and unlock it.

You may refer to notes below, according to your system version:

PI 7.1:

#999962 - PI 7.10: Change passwords of PI service users

XI 7.0

#936093 - XI 7.0: Changing the passwords of XI service users

XI 3.0

#721548 - XI 3.0: Changing the passwords of the XI service users

Use the notes to maintain the correct passwords for all the service users.

Rembember that the password must be the SAME for all of them.

Hello Colleagues,

Many thanks for help!

Problem was solved by reboot!

Maybe something was wrong with permissions in any caches?

Rules was change for User PIDIRUSER previously and change back to the correct one.

Jochen

Make sure that the user used for refresh is PIDIRUSER or any user with role similar to PIDIRUSER.
