Workitems not appearing in user's inbox

Hi,

we got a weird issue. when users creates a SC, its goes to approver. Where in approvers are not receiving any workitems in their sap inbox. But when i checked the SC log ( SWI6 ) , it shows workitem is with approver.

so far checked:

- All workflow configuration/workflow is fine

- no substution is maintained

Kindly update me incase any of you have solution for this issue.

Hi,

Here is some check points.

1. Is there workitem in SAPGUI inbox?

2. Is the task general task?

HI,

thanks for your reply.

- Actually workitems are not appearing in SAP inbox , ITS and UWL. No where its appearing.

- Also, task is classified as general task

- Workflow customizations are perfect.

but still workitem are not appearing in user;s inbox.

What is the document status and workflow status in BBP_PD transaction?

Even in SAP GUI its not appering.

in BBP_PD document status shows as below

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered

HEADER I1129 Approved

0000000001 I1111 Item in Transfer Process X

0000000001 I1113 Follow-on Document Created

Hi,

The document is approved and follow-on document is created. You never find the workitem for this document in approver's inbox.

Did you Generalize the following?? Since this is soft config people may miss this..

Hi,

You use custom developed workflow template WS90300007.

Please test if standard template has same issue or not.
