Table for description of different statuses in ChaRM

Dear Experts,

Hi, we are developing a Z report for ChaRM. For that I am in need of name of table which shall provide information of description of different status codes being used in ChaRM like E0001, E0002, etc.

Pl. let me know the name of the table.

all info are available in tables tj30 and tj30t

V_TJ30 is the view of those 2 tables
