individual purchase order

in individual purchase order stock is received from the vendor, it is showing up in the storage location, but in the sales order no schedulines are confirmed pls guide me with this

i have checked all the things as per the suggestions still in delivery i am getting error msg : no schedule lines available up to the selected date even when i change the date to a future date still the same error

pls guide me

Hi,

Check your sales order schedule line which already created with nil stock of the material.

that schedule lines automatically trigger as order stock in MMBE.

when you receive the material to Plant & S. location thateial automatically confirm for schedule line of the sales order.

If you don't want to confirm remove the schedule line auto confirmation. then it will not confirm the stocks.

Hi,

There might be several reasons for this. I have listed a few that you can check.

a. Check if the material is put in unristricted stock (thro Tcode: MMBE).

b. Check if the Material is not reserved for any other sales order(s)

c. Check if the right storage location is maintained in the sales order in VA02/03

d. Run an availability check in the sales order and check

e. Check in Tcode: CO09 or Tcode: MD04 what is the material availability for that particular material and plant combination.
